Health and safety culture
All members of the M2i team are required to make safety a priority – that of the public, other workers and their own.
M2i promotes a health and safety culture with the goal of zero accidents. We adapt our safety protocols and procedures to the work site and scope of work.
This collaborative effort and our management’s commitment to improving safety is concretely demonstrated by our employee- and project-specific training, our prevention programs and our health and safety management system.
Environment
We take immense care when carrying out work to protect the environment and respect ecosystems. We take into consideration not only the standards set by clients and various levels of government, but we create our own environmental plan as well. This allows us to minimize our impact on natural environments.
Working mainly in the field of renewable energy (hydroelectricity) and by maintaining or rehabilitating existing facilities and equipment, the M2i team, by its nature and commitment contributes actively to sustainable development.
Quality
Due to the specialized nature of our work, the M2i team has had to comply with extremely demanding quality standards and strict installation tolerances right from day 1. Our team has worked hard to develop tools and work methods that meet or exceed customer expectations and requirements.
